We offer three shipping options to meet your needs, with FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $210:

2. Shipping Zones & Delivery Times
Domestic Shipping (Mainland China)
All orders are processed from our warehouse in Shaanxi Province. Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
- North China (Shaanxi, Beijing, Tianjin): 3–5 business days (Standard)
- East/South China: 4–6 business days (Standard)
- West/Southwest China: 5–7 business days (Standard)
International Shipping
We ship to most countries worldwide, with the following estimated delivery times:
- United States/Canada: 7–14 business days (Standard)
- Europe (UK, Germany, France, etc.): 7–14 business days (Standard)
- Australia/New Zealand: 10–18 business days (Standard)
- Southeast Asia: 5–10 business days (Standard)
Restricted Regions (No Shipping)
We currently cannot ship to the following countries/regions due to logistics or regulatory restrictions:
- Iran, North Korea, Syria, Crimea region
- Other high-risk regions as per international shipping guidelines
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Details
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable global carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- Domestic: China Post, SF Express, JD Logistics
- International: DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST). Orders placed after 3:00 PM CST will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on our website marivoxa.com or directly via the carrier’s website.
4. Liability for Lost or Damaged Packages
Package Loss
We are responsible for lost packages until they are marked as "delivered" by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit:
- Contact us within 30 days of dispatch to file a claim
- We will either resend the order or issue a full refund (including shipping costs)
Package Damage
For damaged items received:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund (including shipping costs)
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we will charge a re-delivery fee to resend the order.
5. Additional Shipping Information
Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping costs.
Address Changes
Address changes can only be made within 1 hour of order placement. After that, the order is processed and cannot be modified.
